Herbal Remedies for the Restaurant Blues

Some stay at home projects I’ve been working on. I miss going out to eat at restaurants that have special flourishes like unusual marinades and craft cocktails, so I’m trying to create some of my own.

Currently I have a completed jar of lemon balm infused vodka, lemon and purple basil infused vinegar in progress, and (not pictured) a jar of basil infused olive oil. I got all of the instructions off Pinterest, and they were all pretty easy to complete.

I’m also trying to get some cuttings to grow roots as well. It would be nice to have some potted herbs on my windowsill this winter.
