    Is dissent acceptable? I used to agree with your quote, but after years of never looking at my photographs, I’ve decided it’s more important for me to experience the moment and not let photography distract me.

      I find that balance is the key for me. I love the memories that can be triggered by looking back at my photos, but I can be a little overzealous sometimes. I try to snap a few without being a complete pain every time my husband and I travel.
